I have two mediclaim policies of dfferent companies. one is new india and another national insurance. from last nine year and three year respectively, of Rs.one lakh and five lakh. respectively. now new india is giving up to Rs.24000/ .My operation cost is Rs. 48000/ for one right eye, should i claim another difference amount from national insurance? in which law of mediclaim should apply. my doctor refuse to fill two form of different companies . he says i will fill only one form. new india made a ceiling up to Rs. 24000/– only .
